Ingredients:  
4 c pared and sliced zucchini
1 1/4 c sugar
1/3 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c lemon juice
2 eggs well beaten
Top and Bottom pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first six ingredients toss to coat well
Add lemon juice
Place in pie shell
Pour beaten eggs over top
Cover with top pie crust
Bake in 400 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes
Let cool completely
Serve with whipped cream
