1c milk
1/2 tsp salt

Mix with spoon(do not worry about the lumps)
Fill greased popover pan 3/4 full
Put into cold oven and turn temp to 450º. Bake for 30 minutes. Do Not open oven door during cooking time!

If you do not have a popover pan custard cups work fine. If you use regular muffin pan you will need to shorten your cooking time
