1 sheet of Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
1 package (16 oz.) peeled baby carrots
1/3 c. orange marmalade
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 T. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 450º
Center the carrots on the middle of the foil.
Combine marmalade, brown sugar and cinnamon and spread over carrots.
Top with margarine.
Bring sides up foil up and double fold, leaving room for heat circulation inside packet.
Place foil package on cookie sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes in oven.
