2 cans of Shoepeg corn (white corn), drained
1 8oz. package of cream cheese
1 stick of margarine
1/2 c. milk
1 can chopped green chiles
grated cheese of your choice ( I use cheddar)
Directions:
Directions:
Heat together cream cheese, butter and milk until well blended. Mix corn and green chiles with cream cheese mixture. Pour into an 8x8 dish, top with cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350º.
