1 cup favorite salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 cup low fat sour cream
1 pound lean bacon cut into 1/2" pieces, cooked & drained
4 to 6 cups lettuce shredded
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 bag of small tortilla, scoop-type corn or sea-salt pita chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing, sour cream, and half of the bacon in a small bowl and refrigerate. Right before serving, mix dressing mixture with lettuce and half of the tomatoes. Layer on serving platter or 13 x 9 inch pan. Garnish with remaining bacon and tomatoes. Serve with chips.
