3 eggs
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all purpose flour
confectioners sugar, sifted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat eggs, granulated sugar, chocolate, vegetable oil, baking powder and vanilla until smooth. Gradually mix in flour. Cover and chill for about 2 hours. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in sifted confectioners sugar. Bake for 8-10 minutes on parchment lined pans, until cracked in appearance. Cool on baking rack. Sprinkle with more confectioner sugar if desired.
