1 c. Grits
1 tsp. Salt
1 stick butter (room temperature)
1/2 c. Whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring 4 cups water to a boil. Whisk in grits and salt well.
2. Cover, reduce heat to low and cook 5-6 minutes with lid on until thick.
3. Stir in butter and whipping cream.
