Ingredients:  
1 lb. pkg. fresh spinach, torn in pieces)
5 hard boiled eggs, chopped
14 oz. bacon (or to taste) fried and crumbled
1-can (28 oz) Bean Sprouts
2 cans (8 oz. ea) water chestnuts, sliced1 small red onion, thinly sliced

DRESSING
1-3/4 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T. grated onion.
(Place in covered container, shaking well. Chill before using)

Combine the vegetables into one large bowl, add the dressing and mix well.
