2 Medium Granny Smith Apples
1 1/2 C whole wheat or other flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 C milk
2 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix well.
Melt butter in skillet. Add to milk in measuring cup.
Add eggs to milk mixture and mix well with fork. Stir into dry ingredient's with spoon. Add 2 shredded apples, mix with fork. Heat skillet over medium heat. Spoon butter into hot skillet with ladle. Bake until golden grown on both sides.
Makes 3 servings
