1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp.baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup nuts

Bake at 350* for 45 mins or until done.

I used 1 medium and 1 small loaf pan. I also put in some choc. chips. It was so good warm with the melted choc chips.
