1 apple
1 orange
1 lemon
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C water
1 750 ml dry red or white wine, chilled
1-2 C carbonated water, chilled
3 Tbsp brandy, or more to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut lemon, orange and apple in 1/4 slices. Place the lemon and orange end slices in a saucepan. Set remaining slices aside.
For syrup, add sugar and water to saucepan, bring to boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat and cool. Squeeze juice from cooked lemon and orange into syrup. Discard cooked fruit.
In a pitcher or large beverage dispenser, combine remaining fruit (including apples), syrup, wine, carbonated water and brandy.
Enjoy!
