1 lb ground turkey
1 can spinach, drained
1 slice bread, crumbled (or crackers, bread crumbs for binding)
1 egg, beaten
3 tablespoons prepared pesto (Classico in a jar)
¼ cup cream
1 garlic clove, pushed through a press (or garlic powder)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375F. Combine all ingredients until well mixed. Put into a loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
