2 small or 1 large head cabbage
1 stick butter
2 packages dry Italian Salad Dressing Mix
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Slice and/or chop cabbage. Melt butter and place in large baking pan. Add cabbage to pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle 1 package of dry Italian Salad Dressing Mix over the cabbage. Add remaining cabbage, drizzle with olive oil and remaining package of Italian Salad Dressing Mix.

Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 45 minutes. Remove foil and stir. Cook, uncovered for another 10 or 15 minutes.

The cabbage caramelizes around the edges and gets sweet.
