8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Egg
1/3 C. Sugar
1/8 tsp. Salt
12 oz. Chocolate Chips
3 C. Flour
2 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Cocoa
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 C. Warm water
2/3 C. Cooking Oil
2 T. Vinegar
2 tsp. Vanilla

Mix together cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt. Add chocolate chips and set mixture aside.
Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, and salt. Add warm water, cooking oil, vinegar and vanilla.Stir this mixture well. Have cupcake liners in muffin tins. Put some cake mixture in liners, add cream cheese filling, top with more of the cake mixture. Sprinkle with white sugar and chopped nuts. Bake 20 minutes to 350.
