Tandoori-Style Chicken Recipe

1-8 oz container plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp minced, peeled gingerroot
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
Pinch ground cloves
Lime wedges for garnish
6 skinless chicken breast halves (3 lbs)

In blender at high speed, blend all ingredients except chicken and lime wedges until smooth. Place chicken in medium bowl or zip-lock bag with marinade. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 450. Place chicken on rack in medium-sized roasting pan. Spoon half of marinade over chicken. Roast 30 minutes or until juices run clear. Garnish with lime wedges.
