Tomato Sauce Mixture
2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
1/2 - 1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp mustard
Meat Mixture
1 egg
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 - 1 cup crushed crackers
3/4 - 1 cup tomato sauce mixture
2 lbs ground beef
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp worchestire sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Shape meat into loaf. Place in shallow baking dish. Pour rest of tomatoe sauce mixture on top. Bake at 400º for 1 hour or more.
