Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup honey
1/2 cup bourbon
2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup orange juice
1 ham (shank end)

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave honey and molasses in a 1 quart casserole dish for 1 minute. Whisk in bourbon, orange juice and mustard. With a sharp knife, slice into the skin of the ham from the top of the bone to the bottom, making diagonal slices to the right. Turn ham, and slice again, this time going left. The skin will have a diamond pattern now. Place ham, with bone pointing up, in a roasting pan. Bake at 325, basting every 20 minutes with the glaze. Ham is done when it registers 141 degrees on a meat thermometer. Serves 8.
