2 T butter or margarine
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 t parsley
1/4 t basil
1/2 t lemon juice
salt and lemon/pepper
2 medium fillets orange roughy fish
1/4 c white wine
Directions:
Directions:
Place first 5 ingredients in microwave for 40
seconds. Season fillets. Arrange in dish turning
to coat with butter. Sprinkle with white wine.
Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 3 minutes on
high or until flakes easily with fork.
