2 c butterscotch chips melted
2 T peanut butter, plain or crunchy
6 oz Chinese or chow mein noodles
6 oz cocktail peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
In double boiler, melt butterscotch chips. In a medium bowl, combine melted butterscotch and peanut butter. Add noodles and peanuts and mix well. Drop the batter by the Tbsp. onto waxed paper and refrigerate until cool & set, about 20 minutes. Store in airtight container
