1 beaten egg, 2 T milk, 1/2 Tsp. salt, 1 cup flour.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, milk, & salt. Stir in enough flour to make stiff dough. Roll put on floured surface. Let stand 20 minutes. Roll up and cut 1/4 inch pieces.Unroll and spread to dry, about 2 hours. Cook as store bought noodles. If needed use extra flour when rolling out and cutting.
