1 pound Velveta Cheese
1 pound hot or mild sausage
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
1 pound hamburger(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in skillet and drain grease. Crumble sausage and add Ro-Tel tomatoes and chiles. Cube cheese and heat on low until all cheese has melted and is thoroughly heated. Serve with tortilla chips, corn chips or whatever chips you may like. Can also use hamburger instead of sausage or half sausage and hamburger.
