1lb ground beef
1/8 c diced onion
4 oz can of mushrooms drained
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can corn
instant mash potatoes prepared according to package
paprika
Directions:
Directions:
brown and drain ground beef
add onions and mushrooms.
Place in bottom of casserole dish.
Spread soup over beef then add corn
top with potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
