1 1/2 C. flour
3/4 C. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. butter (never use oleo)
1 lb. salted mixed nuts
1 C. butterscotch chips
1/2 C. white syrup
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mis together until crumbly the flour, brown sugar, salt and butter. Pat in bottom of 9 x 13 pan using wax paper. Bake 10 minutes at 350º oven. Put nuts on while hot. Over low heat combine butterscotch chips, white syrup, butter and vanilla. Heat to boiling point stirring constantly. Drizzle length-wise, the crosswise over nuts until all gone. Return to over for 12 minutes. DO NOT cut until cool, using sharp knife.
