1 pkg. white cake mix
2 eggs
1 C. chopped walnuts
1 C. caramel ice cream topping
1/2 C. liquid shortening
2 tbsp. hot water
FROSTING:
2 C. powdered sugar
3 t. caramel ice cream topping
1/3 C. soft oleo
2 tsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except for frosting ingredients) and beat. Spread into greased 15 x 10 pan. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.
FROSTING: Combine and beat all ingredients with mixer for 2 minutes. Pour over above when cooled.
