1/4 C. butter
1/2 C. sugar
1 C. flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Stir sifted dry ingredients in alternately with milk. Beat until smooth. Pour into loaf pan. Put peaches from # 2 canon top (1 pint). Sprinkle 1/4 to 1/2 C. sugar on top. Then 1 C. fruit juice. Bake at 350º. Dough will rise to the top and peaches to the bottom while baking.
