1/2 onion
1 C. celery
1 loaf sandwich bread in pieces and dried out.
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. chicken bouillons
2-3 C. turkey broth
1 C. additional broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cover onion and celery with water and boil 15 min. or until clear. Combine with 1 loaf sandwich bread, dried out and in pieces. Add 3 beaten eggs.
Sprinkle with 1 tsp. chicken bouillons. Add broth to moisten (2-3 cups). Pour in dish to bake. Pour 1 C. broth over top. Bake about 45 min. @ 325.
