1 lb. hamburger & onion to taste
1 15 oz. can Hunts tomato herb sauce
1/3 can of water
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles (10).
1/2 lb. carton cottage cheese
one egg, beaten
5 long slices of Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. Add tomato herb sauce and 1/3 can of water slowly. Cook lasagna noodles per pkg. directions. Lay 1/2 cooked noodles in 9 x 13 glass dish. Spread about 1/2 lb. carton cottage cheese mixed with one beaten egg over noodles and 1/2 of meat mixture. Layer remaining noodles and remaining meat mixture. Top with five long slices of cheese. Bake about 45 min.
