2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 C. sugar
1 3/4 - 2 C. milk (depends on size of pie pan)
nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
Unbaked crust

Bake at 275 - 300º for about 45 mi. (If oven is too hot, pie will be watery!) Test with knife that comes out clean.
