1 loaf French Bread
8 large eggs
2 cps Half and Half
1 cp milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
pinch of salt
Praline topping -
2 sticks butter at room temperature
1 cp light brown sugar packed
1 cp chopped pecans
2 tbsp. Light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Maple syrup or Honey to taste (If desired)

Directions:
Slice bread into 1" slices. Arrange in buttered 13 x 9 pan (in 2 rows overlapping). In large bowl combine eggs ,half and half, milk,sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Beat until blended but not bubbly. Pour over bread slices, covering evenly. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat over to 350º. Combine praline topping and spread evenly over bread. Bake for 40 minutes until puffed and golden. Serve with Maple syrup.
