1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
3 mashed banana (1 1/2 cups)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 cups chopped pecans
3 Tablespoon milk
1 Teaspoon vanilla

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and bananas with electric mixer. Sift dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Pour into 9x5 loan pan and bake at 350 degrees. for 1 hour.
