Ingredients:
Boneless Rump Roast
1 Tablespoon of ground pepper
1 jar of beef gravy
3 beef bouillion cubes
1 loaf of French Bread or Hoagie Buns (optional)
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Green Pepper

Meat Tenderizer
1 Tablespoon Of Minced Garlic
1 jar of Giardiennaras hot or mild
1 pack of Italian Seasoning Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
© cut all your vegetables length wise and in a frying pan, add your oil, on a low-medium heat, let your pan get hot, season your meat with the seasonings on both sides of the meat, you want to do a quick rub on both sides. Add your meat to your hot skillet and start searing your meat, you want that marbel look. you just want to brown both sides. Transfer your meat to a large soup pot filled with water enough to cover your meat. add bouillion cubes, cover and keep it on low-med, you don't want the water to boil over if the flame is too high.(depending on how your stove is) let it cook 4-5 hours, or until the meat falls apart. Add your Italian Seasoning, drain the Giardienaras first before you add it, and your jarred beef gravy, and garlic. let it simmer on low for 20 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If you want to just slow cook your beef, that's fine, whatever makes you most comfortable. but make sure you do it on low 8-10 hours or until meat falls apart. saute your vegetables in a pan, when your food is done, take your roll, dip it in the juice, add your beef, sauteed veggies (optional) shredded mozzarella cheese (optional). Enjoy
