2 - 8 oz packages of softened cream cheese
1/2 cp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
12 vanilla wafer cookies
paper muffin cups
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and sugar. Add vanilla extract and eggs. Place 1 vanilla wafer cookie in each paper cup in muffin pan. Pour mixture evenly into 12 cups. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes until center is almost set. Cool and refrigerate 2hrs.
