1 dozen eggs
Mayonnaise (enough to form a thick texture)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Few drops of hot sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Hard boil one dozen eggs and let them cool to room temperature. Peel the shells and slice eggs in half. Remove the egg yolks and place them into a bowl. Add all of the above ingredients to the yokes and mix well. To adjust texture of the mix, add lemon juice to make it looser; or, mayonnaise to make it thicker. Fill egg white halves with mixture and refrigerate.
