1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 can (1 lb. 4 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
5 slices white bread, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugar then beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in pineapple. Fold in bread cubes. Bake in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish for one hour.
