3-4 chicken breasts
1 c apricot jam
1 c barbecue sauce
1 packet onion soup mix
Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into strips and brown in olive oil. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Let cook until chicken is fully cooked and sauce is thick and bubbly. Serve over rice.
