1 c.flour
1/2 c. salt
1 c. water
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salad oil
food coloring of your choice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, water, cream of tartar and oil in saucepan. Cook for 3 minutes over low heat. Stir well. Add food coloring. Store in plastic container. Easy to clean up!
