8 medium new red potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes and cut into quarters. Arrange in shallow baking dish and toss with oil, garlic and rosemary. Bake at 375º F (190º C) for 1 hour, turning occasionally. Serves 4-6.
