1 cantaloupe
1 honey dew melon
1/4 of a small watermelon
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Scoop melon into balls, then add berries and Chill.

Sauce:
2/3 cup sugar (or stevia)
1/3 cup water
1 Tsp lime rind
6 Tbsp lime juice
1/2 cup light rum

Directions:
Directions:
Sauce: Mix sugar or stevia with water in saucepan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add lime rind and let cool to room temperature. Stir in lime juice and rum. Pour sauce over fruit and chill several hours. Serves 6-8.
