1 pkge pistachio instant pudding mix
1 white or French vanilla cake mix
4 eggs
1 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp almond extract

Directions:
Blend ingredients. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Bake in 2 loaf pans, 350º for 1 hour.
