4 strips smoked bacon, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
4 ears sweet corn, cut off the cob
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat pan over medium heat. Add bacon and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon and add the onion and corn. Cook until corn is tender, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat, add bacon bits and season to taste with salt and pepper.
