1/4 cup best brown sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp liquid smoke
1 medium onion - minced
1/2 cup cola or root beer

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients. Pour over ribs. Cook in crockpot on low all day. Then place ribs on a cookie sheet and baste with barbecue sauce. Broil five minutes. Turn over, baste and broil second side.
