1 lb. lean ground beef or ground sirloin
1 cup chopped onion
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Handful of fresh chopped parsley
Dash of Marjorum
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put ground beef, onion, egg, barbecue sauce, breadcrumbs, parsley and seasonings in large bowl and mix thoroughly. Put meatloaf in pan. Make a small vertical dent in top of meatloaf and spoon more barbecue sauce in dent. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Check with meat thermometer. If not done, bake 15 minutes to 1/2 hour longer, constantly checking for doneness.
