3/4 cups cooked chicken
1 cups chopped celery
1 cup finely cut carrots
1 cup peas or corn
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 can cream of broccoli soup or cream soup of your choice
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 cup semi-crushed potato chips

Directions:

Mix ingredients well and spread on shallow casserole. Cover and bake at 325º for 40 minutes. Half way through baking, leave uncovered and top with slivered almonds and potato chips.
