3 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced
2 diced tomatoes
1 small chopped red onion
1 lb. fresh cooked shrimp
1/8 t. salt and pepper
2 T. fresh lime juice
Lettuce leaves - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together the tomatoes, onion, avocado's, and shrimp in large bowl. Stir in lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Serve cold over lettuce leaves if desired
