1 lb fresh or frozen crawfish tails
1 - 2 sticks butter
3 cloves garlic chopped
3 lg onion chopped
3 stalks celery chopped
2 bell peppers chopped
Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Saute veggies in 1 stick butter until tender.
Season with Creole seasoning and pepper.
Just before serving add crawfish; saute 5 minutes.
Serve over rice.
Add second stick of butter if you want more gravy.
