6 c. hot water
3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 bay leaf
1 T. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 potatoes, cubed
1 turnip, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, sliced
1 onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large stock pot, add water and bouillon cubes with chicken, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Cook for 2-1/2 hours.

Then add the remaining ingredients and cook for 1/2 hour longer, thicken, and top with dumplings.
