1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1 t. garlic powder
2 t. butter or 2 t. "I can't believe it's not butter"
salt and pepper to taste
3T fat free half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Place cauliflower florets in a microwave safe dish. Add 2 T water and cover with plastic wrap. Poke 3 holes in wrap. Microwave for 4-5 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from dish and place in a bowl. With a hand held blender, puree the cauliflower and add the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately or reheat before serving
