1 can beans
1/2 c. cucumber, peeled and diced
1/3 c. green pepper, minced
4 scallions, snipped fine with scissors
Salt and Pepper
Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the beans and add in cucumber, pepper and scallions. Season with salt and pepper. Add just enough mayonnaise to make it of good juice consistency.

Serve with corn bread.
