1 stick butter
cup sugar
¾ cup self-rising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¾ cup milk.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up approximately 11 peaches
Cover with 1 cup of granulated sugar and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together sugar, flour, baking powder, milk and sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour mixture over melted butter. Top with fruit (do not mix). Cook uncovered for about 1 hour or until pastry has risen to top and slightly browned. Delicious served warm with a dollop of vanilla ice cream on top.
