3-4 pounds of cooked chicken (cubed or shredded)
4 cups of grated cheddar cheese (reserve a small amount to sprinkle on top)
¼ cup of diced onions
1 small can of diced green chilies
1 package of flour tortillas
Sauce
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups sour cream
2 cans of cream of chicken soup (can substitute mushroom or celery)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour a small amount of sauce in the bottom of 9x13 pan to coat bottom. Combine chicken with cheese, onions, and chilies. Place filling on flour tortilla, roll tortilla and place in pan. Continue filling tortillas until pan is full or you run out of filing. Pour filling over rolled, filled, tortillas. Sprinkle with reserved grated cheese. Bake and serve with salsa and sour cream if desired.
